Victoria Falls & Hwange National Park

Victoria Falls is a small town – and the major tourist hub; the city nestles next to the falls. Known to locals as ‘The Smoke That Thunders’ – is one of the World’s seven natural wonders, and the sheer power of this massive body of water plunging into the Zambezi Gorge is awe-inspiring and unforgettable. A famous bridge spans the Zambezi River, the border between Zambia (Livingstone) and Zimbabwe.

The massive Hwange National Park is another wildlife wonderland 180km from Victoria Falls on a good tar road. Its grasslands and mopane woods are home to large elephant herds, lions, and African wild dogs. Hwange National Park is a year-round wonderland that offers some stylish and luxurious safari lodges with the best views and amenities.
